Can't install cinnamon

Can't install Namib Cinnamon 19.01 in virtual box. - Tried 5 times now. The installation process is really slowly and cinnamon doesn't react during it. - I have 3GB of RAM and 2 cores of my 8-core CPU and 128 MB Graphics.
It's a pitty. Cinnamon is my favourite DE. - Trying your flagship, Mate, now.

What part is it slow? The install can take about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the performance of your computer and internet speed. During the installation there's some package installed (localization).

frederic2ec well i cant use live mode and cinnamon de crashed during install, . i could however when installing mate.
mate is looking really good. - will test the other DEs of Namib Gnu/linux at the weekend.

seantum Hi,
I actually tested myself (on vmware) and the DE crashed during the install (I'm looking for the reason), but I was able to finish the install. Just don't restart the DE and you should be able to install and reboot.
